FOOD IDEAS CROSSING THE ATLANTIC

My name is Christiane and I am Swiss, living in Switzerland and I like good food, prepared by myself or some of the chefs in Switzerland. I cook with the best ingredients I find in my father’s garden or at the farmers market in my town. I prefer local produced ingredients when ever possible.

In the last five years I have spent a couple of weeks in beautiful British Columbia and brought recipes to cook for friends. Exchanging thoughts and sharing the philosophy of „slow food“ I developed the idea to begin a blog. I will share various recipes which contain ingredients you know of but have never cooked with. I will try to give advice so your efforts will be successful.
